Our Support Center application which used to run using osTicket has been updated. This time around, we are using Hesk, which is easier and simpler to manage. osTicket was great but also cumbersome to manage, hence the decision to switch. We hope this will result to ease of entering support tickets. Also, Hesk comes bundled with Knowledgebase, an application to host frequently asked questions and common support requests. Over time, we will keep adding articles under Knowledgebase, so keep an eye on that!
