It is important for us to respond to customer inquiries or support requests in a timely manner. Hence we have decided to implement the rytParts Support Center. It is basically a ticketing system which allows us to manage support requests more efficiently. As soon as new inquiries or support requests come in which we receive on email, the system assigns a unique ID for it and notifies us on email. We then look into each ticket and respond to it. We receive quite a number of support requests or inquiries in a day, so without a ticketing system, emails would tend to get lost or remain unanswered. With the Support Center now in place, we are in a better position to respond to support requests or inquiries in a timely manner.
